Arise (from the spiritual depression to a new life), shine (be radiant with the glory and brilliance of the Lord); for your light has come, and the glory and brilliance of the Lord have risen upon you. Isaiah 60:1 AMP. Arise from the dark places in your life that have held you down. In this scripture, God is saying you have the ability and power to rise from the darkness. Nothing can hold you down unless you allow it to. Until you become spiritually stronger, you may feel defeated, and no matter how much you try to break away from the bondage, it doesn’t work. Feed your spirit with the word of God and spend time with God. Just as you have a relationship with friends or family who you talk to, and they talk back to you is the same type of relationship God desires with you. Just like we have to eat physically to be strong, and if we don’t eat, we become malnourished, it’s like that in the spirit. I won’t have the strength if I don’t eat for three days to work or walk down a flight of stairs. Also, if you don’t have the spiritual food you need, you won’t have the strength to bind the enemies’ attacks and lose God’s prosperity. You can overcome anything that comes your way if you have the spiritual strength to do so. God wants to see you shine in every area of your life, but to do so, you must arise from spiritual depression.
I am led to pray for you and to lead you into the salvation prayer. Speak this prayer out loud, God, I repent of my sins and ask you to come into my heart, I believe your son Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose on the third day for my sins. I allow you to be Lord over my life. (Once you say this prayer and believe it in your heart, you are now saved and are God’s child.) Lord, whoever is reading this, help them to yield to the Holy Spirit. I pray that you will become tired of your old life and the old way of doing things so you can enter your new life. I bind every spirit of confusion and carnal mindedness, I bind every spiritual attack on your life, and I loose peace, a sound mind, and a mind of Christ. Come out of that spiritual depression and live a new, renewed life in Jesus’s name. God bless you!
